Ohio Valley British Brass Band

Join the community for a delightful evening of British Brass Band music along the Great Miami Riverway.

Founded in 1992, the 45-member ensemble is comprised of professional musicians, educators, and exceptional players from the Ohio Valley Region.  The band has performed extensively throughout the southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky area, including featured performances with the Cincinnati Pops and Dayton Philharmonic Orchestras.
Over the past twenty-five years, the OVBBB has been joined by guest performers of local, national, and international acclaim, including trumpet virtuoso Allen Vizzuti, John Philip Sousa IV  (great grandson of the famous American composer and bandmaster) and Steven Bulla, who was commissioned to write an original composition named “Valley of the Adena”, to commemorate the Band’s 25th Anniversary.

The band will perform a variety of works including traditional brass band literature, featured soloists and ensembles, American dance numbers, marches, movie and Broadway hits, and something special for Veterans.

Fee:  The Ohio Valley British Brass Band is a not for profit organization that will humbly and gratefully accept your freewill donations to help off set operating costs and the price of new literature.
