Owners Doug Thompson and Tony Bettendorf have moved their new business into the old hardware store location at 59 S. Main Street. Cardio Room has Treadmills & Elipticals and a recumbent bike. The weight room has Precor weight training equipment, rubber covered dumbells and plates by Troy. There are men's and women's locker rooms with showers. Personal Trainers are on-site and available to hire.
